Why we built Easyr.
The Easyr team comes from industrial and manufacturing engineering, with lean and Six Sigma along the way. We've been the ones on the shop floor writing the readings down, and the ones in the office trying to make sense of them. We know the pain of poor data, or no data, first hand.
Working in factories across Europe and New Zealand, we saw the same story again and again. Operators writing readings on paper. Quality teams typing them into spreadsheets days later. And SPC software built for statisticians, not for the person running the line.
So we built Easyr. SPC an operator can pick up in minutes, that knows a CCP from a regular check, and that does the maths so nobody needs a stats degree. Food first, and flexible for anyone who makes things.
